By becoming a BAAC member, you help create more opportunities for nearly 2,700 area students to learn, create and succeed through the arts. Through Arts in Education, BAAC brings meaningful arts experiences into classrooms across the curriculum, from social studies and English to math, science, music and visual arts.

Your membership also helps strengthen the arts in our community through events, performances, exhibits, art installations and other opportunities to experience and enjoy the arts.

Arts in Education Bonus Opportunity: During our current membership drive, membership support raised from August 18 through September 18 will help our six area schools compete for an additional $500 in Arts in Education funding. The school with the highest total membership support raised during the drive will receive the bonus for the 2026–2027 school year.

Arts in Education Bonus Opportunity!

Official Voting Rules and Disclaimer
 
From August 18, 2026, through September 18, 2026, your membership can help your school win an extra $500 in Arts in Education funds for the 2026–2027 school year! Select your school of choice when signing up for your new or renewal membership.
 
The winning school will be determined based on the highest percentage of votes relative to its total student population, ensuring a fair competition for schools of all sizes. The school with the highest proportional score will have the additional $500 added to its Arts in Education budget, which will be distributed to each school's administration.
 
Program Terms and Conditions:
  • Eligible Schools: Voting is strictly limited to the following six institutions: Batesville Primary School, Batesville Intermediate School, Batesville Middle School, St. Louis Catholic School, Batesville High School, and Oldenburg Academy. Votes cast for any other entity will be considered invalid.
  • Funding Source: This grant is funded entirely through our organization's general operating budget. No portion of membership dues is directly pooled or wagered to create the fund.
  • Voting Limit: Limit one (1) vote per active new or renewing membership transaction.
  • Ties and Resolution: In the event of a tie after proportional calculations, the $500 fund will be split equally among the tied schools. All voting calculations made by our organization are final.
  • Tax Disclosure: Membership dues are paid in exchange for standard membership benefits. Participating in this voting promotion does not alter the tax-deductible status of your dues.
