EVENT DETAILS 

All art entered into the show will be displayed at the Batesville Memorial Public Library from May 29 to June 30. Winners of the Community Art Show will be publicly recognized during the awards presentation held at Batesville Memorial Public Library on June 25 at 7:00 p.m. and online at baacindiana.org. Entries must be accompanied by the entry form, available below and at the Batesville Memorial Public Library, and a $25 entry fee.

IMPORTANT DATES 

May 28, 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. 

Entry deadline. Deliver work to Batesville Memorial Public Library (131 N Walnut St.) 

May 29 to June 30 

Voting for People’s Choice is open all month until 6:45 p.m. on June 25th. 

June 25, 6:30 p.m.  

Art show reception. Winners will be announced at 7 p.m. 

July 1, 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. 

Artwork must be picked up from BMPL. 

CASH PRIZES 

Cash prizes will be awarded in the categories of fine arts 2D, fine arts 3D, applied arts, poetry, and photography. 

Best of Show* ................. $400 

1st Place* .......................... $300 

2nd Place* ......................... $150 

People’s Choice Award ......... Priceless 

NEW! "Healing in Nature" Community Art Feature at MMH   ...... $300

*There must be at least 4 entries in each category for prize eligibility. Please encourage other artists to enter! If we do not have a minimum of 4 entries in a category, we will not be able to award prizes for that category.
